This established legal firm loved their location, but needed to freshen their 10-year-old space. We kept what worked while updating flooring and wall finishes throughout, and fully retrofitted the staff café and library/lounge areas. A custom wallcovering, classic upholstery fabrics and new accent lighting helped introduce a little more intimacy and interest in these key areas, setting the space up for the next decade and beyond. The project was uniquely challenging in that the space would remain occupied during renovation; we worked closely with the construction manager to implement an innovative project delivery plan, allowing the work to be completed with minimal impact on operations.
Bold Gesture
